Hello, my name is Tracy Tyner. I was born and raised in the Lone Star State of Texas. I reside in a small-town and enjoy every minute of small-town living. I am a mother of two handsome young sons. My passion for nursing began when I was in high school. I have been a nurse since 2013. I was fortunate to have great examples of some extraordinary nurses growing up (My mother and my sister) and they inspired me to follow in their footsteps. Once in the field, I immediately fell in love with providing compassionate care to others and being an advocate for my patients. As a nurse, I have worked exclusively with the geriatric population and those with chronic life limiting illnesses. Most of my career has been spent in Hospice nursing. I wore many hats while providing hospice care. Some of those hats included: Homecare Nurse, In-patient Unit Nurse, Crisis Care Nurse, and Resource Nurse. I enjoy fast paced environments, have an eye for detail, and am always willing to take on a tough task or new challenge with an open mind. I have been with Trinity for the last three years and since have performed a few different roles and have enjoyed every minute of working for this organization. In my off time, I enjoy spending every minute with my sons, family, and friends creating new memories and savoring lots of laughs. I love to travel as it allows one to enjoy all the beauty the world has to offer. I believe that more kindness and grace are needed in this world. Life is too short, and mindset is EVERYTHING!
